The year 2011 is coming to a close. It’s a good time to look back and review some of the news events relevant to disclosure and open contact that took place this year. By “disclosure,” I mean the public announcement by our governments of our involvement with extraterrestrial beings. By “open contact,” I mean the meeting of  extraterrestrial beings and the general Earth human population in a way that is currently perceivable, understandable, and customary to the general Earth human population (openly and through the five physical senses).

Please note that I present here a short, subjective list of selected events which jumped out at me. A more comprehensive list may be found on The Paradigm Research Group’s online media archive. Of course, all these events are only  those that are open to the “public eye” through commonly-accessible information media.

• January 22-25, 2011. The 5th Annual Global Competitiveness Forum in Saudi Arabia hosts an unconventional panel discussion on Contact: What We Can Learn from Outer Space? featuring presentations by five “UFO experts” (Zoaghloul El-Naggar, Stanton Friedman, Michio Kaku, Nick Pope, and Jacques Vallee). [1,2] This conference, attended by some of the world’s most prominent figures in both business and politics, is hosted by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, which is dedicated to supporting investors and investments in Saudi Arabia.  The following is a video of Dr. Kaku’s presentation at the meeting (please click here to see presentations of all five speakers):

• Feb. 13, 2011. Discussions from the meeting held by The Royal Society on Jan. 25-26 of last year, on the topic The Detection of Extra-terrestrial Life and the Consequences for Science and Society, are published in a dedicated issue of the scientific journal Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society A (Phil. Trans. R. Soc. A 13 February 2011 vol. 369 no. 1936). The Royal Society is a UK-based scientific society of some of the world’s most eminent scientists and the oldest scientific academy in continuous existence, and currently acts as a scientific advisor to the British government.[3] Philosophical Transactions is the world’s oldest scientific journal, having published the works of scientists such as Isaac Newton, James Clerk Maxwell, Michael Faraday, and Charles Darwin.

• February 24, 2011. Aerospace consultant Dr. Carol Rosin announces the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 developed by her and her colleagues, including astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, to ban all space-based weapons. [4] The treaty “establishes a framework and procedures to assure that space will be a neutral realm from which all classes of weapons are banned and from which no hostile action shall be taken toward Earth or the surrounding Cosmos.” It explicitly “acknowledges that we are not alone in the universe, that there are Cosmic Cultures that will be important allies for our security and development, and that our national and international policies must reflect this reality.”

• February 26, 2011. The Nation of Islam, one of the most influential Black Nationalist religious organizations in the U.S., hosts a discussion on The Truth About the Existence of Unidentified Flying Objects  at its Nation of Islam’s Saviour’s Day 2011 Convention.[5]

[Note that this meeting follows the conference held by the Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences a little over a year earlier (November 2009) on the detection and implications of intelligent extraterrestrial life.][6]

• March 4, 2011. NASA scientist Dr. Richard B. Hoover publishes in the Journal of Cosmology the finding of micro-fossils of extraterrestrial bacterial life inside a rare class of meteorites.

• April 7, 2011. The United States releases its UFO files through the new electronic reading room on its FBI website: The Vault.[7,8] Among the UFO files on The Vault are reports from the 1940s and 1950s describing “flying saucers” recovered in New Mexico, containing “bodies of human shape.” The U.S. action follows the public release of  formerly-classified UFO files by Mexico, Brazil, UK, France, Denmark, Canada, Russia, and New Zealand.[9]

• April 23, 2011. The U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) releases its UFO files, following FBI’s release.[10] Among the documents released is a technical article titled Key To the Extraterrestrial Messages that describes the key to decoding the series of radio messages that have been received from outer space.

• July 8, 2011. Three missile technicians are reported to claim that last October’s power outage that disabled U.S. Air Force control center’s communication with 50 of its nuclear missiles (one-ninth of the U.S. nuclear arsenal) coincided with the appearance of a large, cigar-shaped UFO high above the missile field.

• Aug and September 2011. The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the largest privately funded UFO research organization in the world, reports an increase in UFO sightings in recent times– an increase of 67% this past year compared to three years ago [11], and a significant increase this summer, with some states more than doubling their normal numbers. [12]

• August 25, 2011. The History Channel documentary Secret Access: UFOs On The Record examines the UFO evidence presented in the New York Times bestseller book  UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record, published last year by investigative journalist Leslie Kean.[13] The book includes written statements from five generals, a former governor, and military UFO witnesses, and a forward by John Podesta, former Clinton White House Chief of Staff; and has been  endorsed by physicist Michio Kaku, the Chief Astronomer and Planetarium Director for the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, Derrick Pitts, and many other scientists, for its neutral, thoroughly-researched, serious investigative style.[14]

• September 22, 2011. Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group posts a petition on White House’s new online petition site “We the People”  for the Obama Administration to “formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race– Disclosure,” and five days later reaches over the 5000 signature mark required to get an official response from the White House.[15] Another petition is filed on the same day asking the Administration to “immediately disclose the government’s knowledge of and communications with extraterrestrial beings.”

• November 4, 2011. Phil Larson of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy responds to the above petitions: “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.” [16]

• November 30, 2011. UFO historian Richard M. Dolan and Hollywood producer Bryce Zabel submit a petition on the White House “We the People” site, for the Obama Administration to “investigate unidentified aerial phenomena as reported by citizens, police, astronauts, pilots and the military.”[17]

• December 1, 2011. Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group submits a second petition to the White House “We the People” site, which demands “a full congressional investigation of UFO/ET Disclosure efforts by the Clinton OSTP– the Rockefeller Initiative.”

• December 2011. NASA’s Kepler spacecraft mission confirms its first planet in the “habitable zone” of a sun-like star. Earlier this year (February), 54 planet candidates were reported to be in the “habitable zone,” the region around a star where liquid water could exist on a planet’s surface and thus hypothetically be able to support alien life.[18]  Kepler-22b is the first to be confirmed as such a planet, using follow-up observations with ground-based telescopes and the Spitzer Space Telescope. NASA also reports in December that the Kepler mission has discovered 1094 more new planet candidates since February, bringing the total of planet candidates discovered to 2,326.

Disclosure. How will it happen? The real question here may be: How are WE allowing it to happen?

Disclosure can occur in many ways. It may not be the momentous announcement by our President or the leader of another nation that many have been expecting. In fact, it looks more and more likely that disclosure is already underway— as a “soft” disclosure. Besides the recent channeled messages from the galactic and enlightened beings pointing to this situation, the biggest evidence for disclosure that we can see in our world is the growing outflow of information about our involvement with extraterrestrial beings, along with information about what has been going on behind the scenes in our world— in our financial system, media, and governments. This rapidly-growing outflow of information is a combination of at least two factors: 1) the very brave work of witnesses, whistle-blowers, experiencers, and alternative and citizen journalists on the (thus far) unbridled Internet, and 2) the gradual lifting of the suppression of information flow. Events like those listed in part 1 of this post series show that information— such as formerly-classified UFO files released by governments, and meetings of high-profile organizations discussing extraterrestrials in “plain view” of the public— is being allowed to seep into the mainstream population, desensitizing the public to the likelihood of intelligent extraterrestrial life engaging with us. The mainstream media now reports on unidentified aerial phenomena without ending with the obligatory joke or laughter. Significantly, some high-impact, independent efforts that widely broadcast information classified at the highest levels of secrecy (a prime example being Project Camelot) have not been “terminated” as they may have been in the past, the inference being that these efforts are being protected and/or allowed to continue (Unfortunately, not all are).

This disclosing process seems to be a very complicated undertaking, understandably, involving both very transparent efforts as well as efforts behind the scenes of various groups. On the surface, at least, it doesn’t seem to be a centrally-organized effort (involving just the governments, for example), but seems to involve many players and groups that may not even necessarily be aligned with each other. While it doesn’t seem to be a centrally-organized effort, however, it does seem to be a concerted effort in that all events are pushing in the same direction— that the public becomes aware of the extraterrestrial phenomenon, rather quickly.

That we may be undergoing a soft disclosure is not saying that an official announcement by the government won’t be made. However, this current spreading of knowledge is like one of those glowing alarm clocks whose light softly increases in intensity until you’re awake. I have heard that the sudden, jarring blare of an alarm clock in the morning that startle your body to awaken is bad for your health. A sudden announcement of a reality before the public has been primed can also be bad for our health. The long-awaited official announcement may come eventually, but more as a soft chime, as the endnote of a song that we already know, rather than the sudden, jolting blast of horn in the midst of sleep. Admittedly, the light of the alarm clock is intensifying at an ever-increasing speed at this time, but many people continue to sleep.

In this view, disclosure is happening in the way that we as the Earth human population are allowing it— in the way that we can assimilate it, at a speed that will not throw us into an irreparable mass crisis, in the way that we are calling to it as a collective. If our collective population had been open to it, ready for it, and supported it years ago, full disclosure would have already happened, despite resistance from any opposing “powers in place”— whoever they may be, secret or not, extraterrestrial or human. We know the power of the collective, just from looking at the effects of recent civil protests in many nations around our world. Many forces are at work here to disclose the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life, including the efforts of the galactic beings who are doing everything they can on their part to help move disclosure along. I have read that in their efforts, they are taking into consideration every aspect of the impact of disclosure on us— political, social, religious, emotional, mental, and physical.

The ball is now in our court. Strangely enough, we, the Earth human population, find ourselves holding the ball. We’re the ones who are holding up the game. We have responsibilities on our part in meeting our cosmic family.

Our Responsibilities in Disclosure and Open Contact

In my view, the responsibilities on the part of the Earth human population in disclosure and open contact are to:

1. Open up our minds to the possibility of our engagement with intelligent extraterrestrial life and be able to psychologically integrate this reality.
2. Be willing to give clemency to the perpetrators of the secrecy and the suffering.
3. Be self-responsible, self-trusting, and discerning.

1. Earth People Can Open Up Our Minds to the Reality

I feel certain that the galactic beings aren’t going to make their presence known to us physically if, upon seeing them (or even hearing about them), we all run screaming and trampling on each other in a fight to the exit, take out our guns and start shooting, or lose our minds because we simply can’t deal with the fact. Certainly, no official organization of authority will make the announcement if this is the case. For full disclosure to happen, enough of us must open up our minds to the possibility of something new—the reality in which we are engaging with extraterrestrial beings. We must be able to imagine it, and be able to hold the image in our minds without uncontrollable panic.

Much work has been done by so many to get the information out into the public domain over the last several decades, and we have come a long ways since the 40s and 50s. A 2005 survey in the United States by the Center for Survey and Research Analysis at the University of Connecticut found that 60 percent of those surveyed believe extraterrestrial life exists on other planets, and even more encouragingly, most of those who believed agreed that they would be “excited and hopeful” upon learning of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Furthermore, a 1997 CNNTime poll showed that 80 percent of U.S. citizens think that the government is hiding knowledge of the existence of extraterrestrial life forms. The ever-increasing speed with which our awareness is continuing to expand suggests that we are close to meeting this responsibility—the responsibility of being open to the reality of our engagement with intelligent extraterrestrial life.

2. Earth People Are Willing to Give Clemency

Once the truth about our engagement with extraterrestrial life starts to be uncovered to the mass population– in whichever way– the WHOLE story will start to unravel. People will begin to ask, “What else have we been deceived about? How else have we been lied to?” We will look back through major events in our history and at the major structures that have been in place in our lives with new eyes. Already, the story is unraveling—the population is learning about the deliberate financial fraud of the masses, media fraud, false flag terrorist operations, the orchestrated war on drugs, etc. But once full disclosure occurs for the mass population, the entire foundation of the illusory world in which we currently live will begin to unravel. We will find that the scope of deception in which we have been living is massive. The manipulations that changed the course of our history and the direction of human progress, and the gargantuan scope of indescribable and unnecessary suffering and loss deliberately inflicted on innocent lives, including the lives of children, will come into light.

The realization will be staggering. Nothing will ever be the same. We will be shocked and horrified. We will shed oceans and oceans of tears for all that was suffered and lost. And we will be FURIOUS at the perpetrators of this suffering that never, ever needed to be. We will want accountability, justice, and punishment fitting the crimes. We will show up in mobs with our torches and pitchforks.

I don’t know how to say this, but we cannot lose ourselves in retribution at this juncture. Yes, definitely, we need to hold the perpetrators accountable, but we cannot lose ourselves in the retribution. We will need to be willing to give clemency, to forgive.

The huge majority of those involved in these crimes were not in them of their choice, or even their knowledge in many cases. It is a very miniscule percentage at the very tip-top of the echelon that were actually in control. But even for the worst of the worst offenders, I realized from watching Inelia Benz’s interview (starting time 54:48) that the Universe will always give the opportunity to ask for clemency and to be forgiven, to be “transformed into light”—one only has to ask and make the choice to turn to light. (I highly recommend watching this powerful narrative by Ms. Benz, if not the whole interview.) Even Darth Vader went to heaven in the end, right?

As a human, it’s very difficult for me to understand this level of forgiveness, or predict how it would actually play out (even just within myself, much less the whole world). I just know in my gut that being willing to forgive will be key in our ability to move forward—through disclosure, toward contact, and in building our future.

3. Earth People are Self-Responsible, Self-Trusting, and Discerning

There will most likely be a moment of chaos when everything comes to light. How could there not be, when the view of our world is turned upside down for so many? But I think it will be a very brief period of time, all considering. It will also be a more important time than ever to be self-responsible, self-trusting, and discerning. All the work that we have done up to now to know ourselves better, to know our world better, to discern, to take responsibility for what we choose to believe, and to trust ourselves will come into play here. Those who have not done much of this work will have the opportunity to awaken, to grow, very quickly.

In this very brief moment of chaos, we will need to be centered in our power and not give in to fear. Many forces will be at play, and what will occur is very difficult to predict. For example, Dr. Carol Rosin, who was mentored by Dr. Wernher von Braun (a German-born rocket physicist who led the American space development after WWII and who was a fervent advocate of the prevention of weaponization of space), says that her mentor in the 70s revealed to her a hidden agenda of the “powers in place” to justify weapons in space based on hoaxing an extraterrestrial threat. “Their last card is the alien card,” he used to say. I have since heard from other sources that a hoax alien invasion will not be allowed to play out. Another potential scenario could be “three days of darkness” that could be orchestrated with a global electrical blackout. Or, the scenario could simply be a few days of confusion during which people don’t go in to work and the grocery store shelves aren’t restocked, with things going back more to normal afterwards. The point is that whether or not external manipulations actually happen, it is easy to play on fear during times of unpredictability. We must stay centered, and use our power of discernment through both our intellect and intuition at this time. We also will need to lend help and support to others to minimize any fear that may arise.

From chaos is born order. Even our scientists say this. This momentary disorder will pass, and lead to order.

My guess is that our cosmic family will make open contact with us when we are ready— when we are self-responsible, self-trusting, and discerning. At the most basic level, we will need to be able to discern for ourselves whom we are meeting, and be able to trust ourselves, without being told and led by a figure of authority on what to believe. We will also need to assume full responsibility for the reality that we have created. We will need to be ready to clean up our mess and move forward, fully knowing that we already have everything we need to move forward in creating our future—even all the technology. I suspect that the last thing our cosmic family wants upon landing on Earth is to have all the Earth humans clamoring to be saved and to have our mess cleaned up, blaming them for not having helped us earlier or enough. Ultimately, I believe that we, as a self-responsible, self-trusting, and discerning collective, need to desire and request contact, for our cosmic family to finally meet us.

We are waiting and waiting for the arrival of our star brothers and sisters, peering anxiously into the skies, at times shaking our fists at them in our impatience. Perhaps they are waiting and waiting anxiously for us to gain our self-trust, self-reliance, and self-confidence, so that they can arrive.

I choose to believe that we will surprise ourselves in a very short time with how fast we grow up.

Waiting for Our Cosmic Family (Part 2/3): Why? Our Many Perspectives of Our Interaction with Extraterrestrial Beings

There has been heightened buzz in the past 2-3 years on the Internet about the imminence of disclosure and the complicated negotiations going on among the different nations behind the scenes to make it happen. Several dates for disclosure, as well as open contact, have been predicted and have passed, with much anticipation and disappointment.

For many people to whom it matters, especially those who are advocating disclosure, there have been extremes of emotion— from the pinnacles of joy plunging to the deepest of heartaches— associated with the ups and downs of the disclosure progress. Why are disclosure and contact desired so badly? Indeed, why are we waiting for our cosmic family? I can understand how those who are deeply entrenched in the affairs of our earthly lives—feeling the impacts of the falling economy, watching the civil unrest all around the world, looking at the pollution, deforestation, poverty, and suffering— are puzzled as to why some people are looking toward the skies and “chasing UFOs” when so much needs to be addressed right here on Earth.

At the most basic level, I think it’s safe to say that those who desire disclosure want to know the truth and have the truth be acknowledged. We want to know what really happened, if we are not alone in the universe, the nature of who we are, and how and how deeply we have been influenced; many want validation of their personal experiences. In short, we want to have transparency and openness regarding the greatest hidden story in the human history.

Of course, this basic desire for truth is not the entire goal—it’s only the tip of the iceberg. In my view, at the innermost core of our wanting disclosure and open contact is the belief that this truth and engagement will serve as a platform for catapulting humanity forward.

However, despite the common, shared views on why we want disclosure and open contact, I have come to see that there are distinct layers of belief systems from which we are coming. These layers are the perspectives from which we “see” what is going on. I attempt here to very broadly outline a few layers as I perceive them. Note that the borders of these layers are fuzzy, and I have artificially drawn them to better organize and convey the material. However, many people “see” and embrace elements from many layers. Other people are deeply invested in particular elements of a particular layer, finding anything else incomplete or simply not believable.

In reality, there are layers upon layers upon layers (ad infinitum) of perspectives.

Layer 1

In this layer, the story started in the 1940s and 50s with the alleged crash of a UFO at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947; the ensuing, numerous sightings of UFOs; and the beginnings of negotiations between extraterrestrial beings and the governments of our world. The explosion of the first nuclear bomb in World War II was a definite marker in the direct involvement of the extraterrestrial beings with us. Rebuffing those extraterrestrial beings who offered us their technology in exchange for our promise to give up nuclear weapons development and proliferation, our government chose to negotiate with those extraterrestrials who offered their technology in exchange for limited biological experimentation on Earth humans.  (The deals have apparently not gone well for us, many of the agreements have been broken by those particular extraterrestrials.)

Since then, many extraterrestrial technologies have been secretly developed through black operations projects paid for by, but hidden from, the public. It is said that technologies such as anti-gravitational propulsion, time travel, viewing of future potentials, advanced biological hybrids, and other science fiction-like technologies thousands of years of ahead of what is currently available to the public are within Earth human capabilities, as are hyperspace travel and off-Earth activity way beyond that showcased by NASA.

It is claimed that rapid technological advances in the past several decades such as fiber optics, integrated circuit chips, and materials like Kevlar came directly from reverse-engineered extraterrestrial technology. At the same time, many intrusive experimentation involving non-consenting humans have taken place in underground military bases and elsewhere. We have also met, captured, held prisoner, experimented on, and worked alongside many different species of extraterrestrial beings. They come from a multitude of star systems and a multitude of philosophies, both benevolent and self-serving.

In the name of national security, there has been a systematic suppression of distribution of information about this topic, which is “classified material.” Many sacrifices—at so many levels and in so many dimensions– in both human lives and the quality of human lives have been made to maintain the secret.  When I recently watched the movie Roswell: The UFO Cover Up (1994), I was struck not so much by the crash incident itself as how it must have affected the lives of the witnesses and of everyone in the witnesses’ lives: there is a tremendous psychological price to pay for not being allowed to tell a truth, especially one that is of such monumental significance to humanity.

Within this layer of seeing, why do we want disclosure and open contact? One of the primary motivations behind disclosure advocacy in this layer is to release and make available the mountain of advanced technologies hitherto inaccessible to the public, technologies “that can change the world forever” (in the words of Dr. Steven Greer at the 2001 National Press Club press conference). Dr. Greer says, “Specifically, technologies connected to UFOs and extraterrestrial vehicles, if declassified and used for peaceful energy generation and propulsion, would solve the looming energy crisis definitively, would end global warming, would correct the environmental challenges that the earth is facing.”

We have in our hands solutions for the dire problems of Earth– technologies that can clean up the environmental pollution; provide dirt-cheap, non-polluting, sustainable energy; revolutionize transportation; and eliminate famine and poverty. When the basic needs of every citizen of the planet, as well as the basic needs of the planet itself, can be met, so that the struggle for survival is no longer an issue, we can move forward into an era of peace, the rebuilding of economics through peaceful space technology development, and exploration of our world beyond Earth. We can take our place as active members of the greater galactic community. As Dr. Michio Kaku has popularized, we will finally be able to evolve from a Type 0 civilization to Type 1 and beyond.

This layer is a bridge to reach the mindset of the bulk of the public and governmental structures currently in place. As such, in this layer, we are careful to stick to empirical data, documented information, “believable” witness testimonies, and other evidence tangible in our three-dimensional world.

Layer 2

In layer 2, the story goes beyond UFOs and Roswell and what the astronauts saw in space and on the moon. Viewing through this layer, the history of extraterrestrial involvement with us is unbelievably long and complicated, and goes way beyond the 1940s, even before the appearance of modern humankind on Earth. Off-Earth beings have been intricately involved from the time of the inception of the modern Earth humans to now, and their influence permeates every pore of the history, development, beliefs, and lives of humankind on Earth, directly and indirectly.

Not all of it has been pretty. These extraterrestrial beings are evolving beings, too, playing at the game of duality, and we have become party to that game. Many extraterrestrial civilizations had a hand in the primal history of Earth and her beings, and modern Earth humans were developed from the DNA contributed by many different extraterrestrial species. However, a small percentage of extraterrestrial factions believe that they are the rightful owners of Earth, and of certain genetic lines of Earth humans, gold, and other natural resources that they believe necessary for their survival or desirable for their way of life.

Over time, the lineages of human families “patronized” by extraterrestrial factions claiming ownership of Earth came to control the global affairs on Earth, including wealth, global financial system, technology, media, politics, international relations, wars, etc. It is in the invisible background of this staged, orchestrated world in which we unknowingly live. It is a complex world in which fighting goes on behind the scenes among different factions competing for Earth, as do moves by those factions that support sovereignty on Earth. There are factions that believe that for Earth as a planet to be saved from the burdens of overpopulation and to thrive according to their view, most of the current human population must be eliminated in favor of certain lineages, and be controlled through fear. Thus, famine, destructive geological events, contagious disease outbreaks, chemtrails, genetic modification of food, economic crashes, terrorist activities, international conflicts, and other means of unnecessary suffering have been orchestrated toward this effort.

There are many observers within this layer who see that there is much more to what these factions desire than the mere control over the physical human genetics and resources. The core of what these factions desire is the control over the hearts and minds of the Earth people— our psyche, our very consciousness, (some call) our souls. To most current Earth humans, the consciousness is in the “spiritual” realm because we do not yet fully understand it; for the longer-evolved extraterrestrial beings, it is in the “scientific” realm—it is “tangible,” it can be used purposefully, and it is an indescribably powerful energy source. To the observers who “see” this view, we are in a war for our very Being.

Within this layer of seeing, why do we want disclosure and open contact? In this layer, it is critical to open up the mass population’s awareness to our engagement with extraterrestrials, because the extraterrestrial influence in our past and present, whether directly or indirectly through human partners on Earth, infiltrates every level of our society and life unbeknownst to the mass of us. To start making fundamental transformation in our world and to regain our psychological, social, and personal freedom, we need to expose and uproot the old system that has been in place for thousands of years. We need to do it before we can put in the steps for the new, the world according to our unsuppressed, unobstructed vision.  In this level, we desire to take back and claim our sovereignty at every level, start building a forward-moving society of peace and abundance, and take our place as equal members of the greater galactic community.

Layer 3

Is life in the cosmos a chaos, a free-for-all? Or is there cosmic order, hierarchy, organization? Is there an over-seeing governmental body? How high does the hierarchy and evolution go before reaching the Source?

In this layer, we see that there is an organized governance of the cosmos. There are representative beings from many cosmic civilizations who have come together to oversee the affairs of the cosmos. There are levels upon levels of governance, spanning all dimensions, going all the way up to Source.

In this layer, the story is that those who have the apparent run of Earth are rogues of the galactic community— a minority. The unfolding affairs and developments of Earth have been watched all along by higher levels of hierarchy. There has been limited intervention from the galactic “governance” because Earth is specifically a planet of free will; only those interactions permitted by the explicit consent of the Earth humans or by the calling of the Earth human collective have been allowed.

However, in the recent times, there have been “loopholes” in the strict non-intervention policy. Some people believe that several decades ago, at the time of the atomic bomb explosion in World War II, Gaia herself, in deep distress and near death, called out for help. Some people believe that observers from our future saw that there were darkness and disaster in our future galaxy that could be traced back to current Earth. Some people believe that there has been a decree from higher above.

In one way or another, however, all the reasons for the assistance that followed can be tied to the current juncture in Divine Timing in which Earth and her humanity find themselves. This juncture is the critical, opportune window in our 26,000-year galactic cycle during which the very order of the cosmos will support a quantum evolutionary leap of Earth and her humanity, should they choose it. Earth has already chosen to make the leap; however, several decades ago, Earth humans as a collective seemed too deeply asleep to make the choice to evolve through this window of opportunity.

Through the “governance,” a call for help went out to the universe, and many beings came to help ease Earth’s transition— beings from all over the galaxy and beyond, and from many dimensions. Today, we are being discretely assisted by many members of our cosmic family, in so many ways, at so many levels. Multitudes of their space vehicles now surround Earth and fill our skies, cloaked, watching and monitoring. Many are assisting directly at the energetic level, having helped to bring on-line Earth’s new planetary energetic grid; enhancing the incoming cosmic, galactic, and solar energies that are bringing the information necessary for our evolution; and deflecting any negative energies. Their guiding messages that sooth, encourage, teach, and help move us along in our process of awakening come as whispers in our ears, sparks of inspiration, as our guides and teachers, through telepathy and channeling.

Many off-Earth beings have also incarnated into human bodies at this time, whether at birth or as a mutually agreed upon walk-in during mid-life, to help raise the vibration and consciousness as humans on Earth. The galactic beings are also working to mitigate the damages from man-made disasters and from Earth’s geological activities as she is transitioning. They are on the ground negotiating with leaders of nations for disclosure, supporting the beginnings of a new economic system that is favorable to the mass population, disarming nuclear devices, and destroying underground military bases. Indeed, we are being assisted at every level.

Our cosmic family is working hard to assist us in our transition to an expanded consciousness, to help us “wake up” in time to take advantage of this window of opportunity. They are doing everything they can to support us in waking up, yet they cannot wake up for us. This waking up— the realization of the truth of who we are as multi-dimensional beings, the recognition of the amazing creative power of our consciousness, and the actual creation of our new reality through our vision and intent— we must do ourselves. The swooping down of our cosmic family to fix all our problems on Earth would indeed go directly against their very mission with us: to help us awaken to our own power. All they can do is to make conditions as favorable as they can to help us come into this realization, and wait. Meanwhile, the human collective is waking up, little by little. Meanwhile, the rogue extraterrestrial/human factions who desire to own Earth are desperately acting out in their last throes.

Within this layer of seeing, why do we want disclosure and open contact? From this layer, we see that the understanding of our connection and relationship to our cosmic family, and the understanding of our true history that will follow, will serve as a springboard for awakening the mass consciousness on Earth. This disclosure will help us understand our own nature, and open the floodgates of information and knowledge that will help the masses wake up in time to “catch the ride” to our evolutionary leap.  We will evolve and expand with the new Earth, and unlimited by three-dimensional blinkers, begin building a world much more in alignment with our new multi-dimensional consciousness. We will build a world of peace and abundance, and enter a new era communing and exploring the stars with our cosmic family.

In a sense, we will be returning home.

Layer 4

There is another layer, too— one in which motivation for disclosure and open contact does not necessarily come into the equation, but is perhaps simply observed. Seeing from this layer, Earth was a grand experiment on which the polarity of the galaxy, manifesting as the rampant conflicts and wars among the galactic civilizations so many eons ago, could be worked out and resolved. From the very Highest Levels, the intermixing of the genetics and affairs among the many extraterrestrial civilizations were allowed to occur here on Earth, following the natural push and pull of events. Events were allowed to develop over millions of years. Earth became a microcosm embodying the polarity and conflicts of the entire galaxy— galactic conflicts that were woven directly and literally into the affairs of the Earth humans, who are literally the mixed descendants of the various galactic civilizations in conflict.

We—the galactics, Earth humans, and the rest of the cosmos—are all interconnected. The information from every event and every experience in our lives, which is recorded and embedded in the energetic Akashic Records of our DNA, is available to all throughout the galaxy. If we Earth humans are successful in resolving our conflicts and integrating polarity, the rest of the galaxy could energetically draw from our information and also reach the resolution and integration themselves. It’s not just Earth— the entire galaxy would take a critical step forward.

Polarity is the conflict between darkness and light, limitations and freedom, fear and love. The conflicts of our galaxy are mirrored on our Earth, and our Earth is a mirror of the internal conflicts within our human selves. It is a situation of mirrors within mirrors, reflecting back on themselves. When we Earth humans change on the inside, the change will be mirrored out onto our Earth; and the change in our Earth will be mirrored out unto our galaxy, perhaps way beyond. This is why it has been so important to work on our personal selves, to release our personal fears and pains. It is now time to integrate the dark and the light and move onto the next level of evolution; the “Divine Deadline” is upon us.

At this time, the Earth human collective has made the choice to take the leap forward during this window of intense cosmic support, but not every Earth human individual has made this choice yet. The window is fully open, and massive waves of awakening and expansion will continue to occur. If not this time, however, there will be never-ending opportunities for the evolution of the individual souls according to their choice and timing.

Angles of the Whole Story

Did you relate particularly to any of the layers? Did you follow me all the way through, or did I leave you behind at a layer? Was there a point where you said, “This is getting beyond what I can believe”?

It is a very complicated story because so much has been hidden, suppressed, and forgotten, and people believe different things and espouse different views depending on which bits of information they picked up in their life path. What is important is that each perspective is valid and critical. Together, they make up the whole story. Together, they reach and resonate with different people, from all different walks of life and life experiences, who may be new to the information about our cosmic family, disclosure, and open contact. For this reason, it is important that each perspective is “broadcast.” Those who are open will pick up the frequency, the message, the version with which they resonate. It is only the starting point, and each individual will connect the dots according to his or her own path.

2012 has catapulted us into uncharted waters. We are in the midst of the greatest shift of consciousness Humanity has ever experienced, and the Earth and all her Life are Ascending up the Spiral of Evolution through TWO dimensional shifts.

We are Ascending from the 3rd Dimension into the 5th Dimension. This is a unique experiment that has never been attempted in any system of worlds. Never has a planet that has fallen to the depth of separation and duality existing on Earth been given the opportunity to Ascend through TWO dimensional shifts in such a short period of time.

This is an evolutionary process that normally takes millions of years. When we succeed God Victoriously, which we will through the unified efforts of embodied Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we will have cocreated a new octave of Godhood that will greatly benefit ALL Creation.

No matter how grandiose that statement may sound, the Company of Heaven said it does not even begin to adequately describe the magnitude of what the success of this experiment will accomplish on behalf of the Sons and Daughters of God throughout the Universe.

We are a sum total of all of the experiences we have ever had. Through lifetimes of free will choices and the abuse of our creative faculties of thought and feeling, Humanity is responsible for creating the illusion of separation and duality existing on Earth. These distorted human miscreations have resulted in mind-boggling pain and suffering for Humanity and all Life evolving on this precious planet.

Once we transmute the human miscreations of separation and duality, which we must do in order to Ascend into the 5th Dimension, we will retain the lessons we learned from our mistakes and from the loss of awareness regarding Divine Love and the Oneness of ALL Life.

When we Ascend, we will take these incredibly painful lessons with us and they will be recorded in the Halls of Knowledge. Our hard-won lessons will then be available to every Son and Daughter of God through study and observation. This means that our sisters and brothers throughout the Universe will be able to learn the lessons of separation and duality WITHOUT EVER having to delve into the depths of pain and suffering Humanity physically experienced on Earth.

For this reason, the Legions of Light throughout Infinity are holding the sacred space for our success in this unique experiment. Everyone in the Realms of Truth knows what this victory will mean for the Sons and Daughters of God. That is why this one tiny planet and the Sons and Daughters of God evolving upon her are receiving more assistance from the Heavenly Realms than our Father-Mother God have ever allowed before.

I would like to share some important information with you so that we will all understand our responsibility in endeavor. Every man, woman, and child embodied on Earth at this critical time is here because he or she volunteered to assist with this unique experiment. We have all been preparing for this moment for a very long time, and we already have everything we need within us to succeed in our facet of the Divine Plan. First we need to understand the magnitude of what is actually happening on Earth.

The experiment we are now in the midst of involves a Cosmic Alignment known as “The Shift of The Ages.” For over 25 years we have been hearing about this alignment, but most of the information is referring to the completion of the 5,125-year cycle of the Mayan Calendar and Earth’s alignment with the Galactic Center of the Milky Way. That alignment coincides with the Solstice of December 21, 2012.

The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that, in Truth, the Shift of The Ages is far greater than we are comprehending at this time. It is not just the completion of a particular cycle of the Mayan Calendar. The Shift of The Ages involves an extremely rare event that happens only once every several million years.

During that rare Celestial Moment, Galactic, Solar, and Planetary cycles, within cycles, within cycles dovetail into one synchronized pulsation. This pulsation rhythmically unifies ALL Creation with the Heartbeat of our Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM, All That Is.

For greater clarity, here are just a few of the grand cycles involved in the Shift of the Ages. In addition to the 5,125-year cycle of the Mayan Calendar, at the present time we are experiencing the cycle of Earth’s transition from the 2,166-year Age of Pisces into the 2,166-year Age of Aquarius.

We are also experiencing the culmination of the 26,000-year cycle known as the Precession of the Equinox, the 438,000-year cycle of Kali Yuga, the 1.8 million-year cycle of Satya Yuga, the 4.4 million-year cycle of Mahayuga, and the 4.4 billion-year cycle of Kalpa, or the Day of Brahma. A Kalpa equals 1,000 Mahayugas or Divine Ages. The Day of Brahma reverberates with the prime creative force of the Godhead. This cycle is one day in the “seven days of Creation” mentioned in the Bible.

During the Cosmic Moment referred to as the Shift of The Ages, the entire Universe synchronisticly aligns with the Heartbeat of the Cosmic I AM, the Source of All That Is. Once that unified, rhythmic pulsation occurs, our Father-Mother God Inbreathe the whole of Creation up the Spiral of Evolution into the next dimension of our learning experience. This is a natural part of our evolutionary process as Sons and Daughters of God. We have been going through these Cosmic Inbreaths since we were first breathed forth from the Heart of our God Parents. But this time, it is different.

Through the unprecedented Divine Grace of our Father-Mother God, Humanity and the Earth are being offered an opportunity to Ascend through TWO dimensional shifts during this Cosmic Inbreath. This has never happened before. The hope of our God Parents is that the Sons and Daughters of God evolving on Earth will at long last reverse the adverse affects of our fall from Grace, so that we can catch up with the rest of our Solar System and make the shift into the 5th Dimension.

When we fell from Grace aeons ago, we descended into such separation and duality that when it was time for the last Shift of The Ages we could not lift our heads above the mud puddle of our human miscreations enough to see the Light. We were so buried in our self-inflicted pain and suffering that we missed the opportunity to Ascend into the 4th Dimension with the rest of our Solar System. Tragically, we were left behind and we have been struggling through the quagmire of our human miscreations and the appalling antics of our fragmented, fear-based human egos ever since.

Even though the separation and duality we have experienced on Earth was not part of the original Divine Plan, once we created this situation our I AM Presences and the Company of Heaven decided that the lessons we learned from the experience should be used to prevent other Children of God from making the same mistake. That goal was accomplished far beyond what was necessary. We have been writhing for far too long in the atrocities we created when we forgot about the Oneness of ALL Life and the profound Truth that LOVE Is ALL That Is!

So here we are in the midst of another Shift of the Ages and our Solar System is Ascending from the 4th Dimension into the 5th Dimension. During the last shift, the Earth alone was left behind to struggle in the 3rd Dimension.

Our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven feel that we have been wallowing in the quagmire of our human miscreations long enough. They do not want ANY of us to be left behind this time, forced to endure our painful miscreations for thousands of years.

The problem is that they cannot just do this for us. We have free will, and they can only intervene in our lives in ways that we have requested through our heartfelt pleas, our prayers, and our invocations.

A lot of people are reporting that there will be millions of people who will not make the conscious choice to move into the Light in time for the completion of this Ascension process. They say there is nothing we can do about it and that these souls will be left behind to progress at their own slow pace.

What our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven are imploring us to remember is that WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT. In fact, that scenario is exactly the tragedy that the Beings of Light want us to avert this time.

Our Father-Mother God do not want a single Child of God to be left behind. That is the reason for this merciful experiment. If any of us do not make the shift into the 5th Dimension, it means the experiment failed.

Every person who was left behind during the last Shift of the Ages is embodied on Earth at this time. In addition to these precious souls, there are millions of advanced souls who have volunteered to embody on Earth during this Cosmic Moment.

The Divine Intent of these souls is to help the souls who were left behind the last time to awaken, so they can make the shift this time. This is why there was such a tremendous population explosion during the last century. It is immaterial whether we are part of the Earth’s evolutions who were left behind last time or whether we have come to help our sisters and brothers make the shift this time. All that matters is that we all accept responsibility for doing what we came here to do. That is to help Humanity to lift above the pain and suffering effectively enough to see the Light, so each person will make the conscious choice to Ascend into the 5th Dimension with the rest of our Solar System.

Our Father-Mother God have revealed that at inner levels the I AM Presence of every person has made the choice to move into the Light. Now this heart commitment needs to resonate in each person’s conscious mind and feeling world. This awakening within the person’s heart and mind will motivate changes in their behavior patterns and belief system, which will lift them up enough to perceive the Light. Then they will be able to comprehend the awesome opportunity at hand.

Everyone has free will so we cannot just do this for them, but you and I and every other willing person have an amazing ability to help in the process. The Universal Law is: “The call for assistance must come from the realm where the assistance is needed.” Since we are One with every man, woman, and child on Earth, and since we are on Earth ourselves, we have the ability to invoke assistance from every person’s I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven on their behalf. And when we do, the floodgates of Heaven open.

Many of the recalcitrant souls on the planet have been so manipulated and controlled by their fear-based, fragmented human egos that they do not even remember that they have an I AM Presence or that they are a Beloved Child of God. They are oblivious to the events occurring on the planet, and the concept of the Shift of the Ages seems like a fairy tale to them.

These are the souls that continue to act out adversely and that many people are saying are going to be left behind. Often that possibility seems like a relief since these are the people who are usually wreaking havoc in our lives and on the planet. However, these are the very people we have promised to help.

The millions of people who are awakening and making the choice to move into the Light on their own are not the ones who need us. They are going to succeed in making the shift and be just fine.

It is our sisters and brothers who have forgotten who they are and the fact that they are One with all Life who need our help. They are not acting out in the adverse and appalling ways we are witnessing because they are evil.

It is due to the fact that they are so trapped in the illusion of separation and duality that they think the only way to survive is to lie, cheat, steal, and kill. These are the very people we have promised to help.

These are our sisters and brothers who need us the most. And these are the people who will make the most positive difference in our lives when they awaken and choose to stop creating such pain and suffering for Humanity.

Please, let’s not forsake them or write them off. And let’s certainly not perpetuate their descent into chaos by holding the thoughtform that they are going to be left behind to suffer with their human miscreations for aeons of time.

Instead, let’s think of them as our sisters and brothers in every sense of the word, which they actually are. Let’s think of them as our loved ones. In that case, what would your wishes be for them? What action would you take in order to help them awaken? What would you be willing to do to hold the sacred space for them as they lift above the negativity manifesting in their life? Would you invoke Divine Intervention on their behalf?

This is why you are on Earth! Listen to your heart and you will know the Truth of that statement. Now, ask your I AM Presence how you can be the most powerful Instrument of God during this life-transforming year of 2012, and respond to your inner guidance. You will know exactly what to do.
